Diamonds: Due to a diamonds supreme hardness and refractive properties, they are able to be faceted into sparkling valuable gems.  Diamonds come in all colors of the rainbow.  The most common colors are light yellow to brown, but the ones that are colorless are the most sought after.

Pearls: Pearls are naturally found in shelled mollusks and come in all colors of the rainbow.  The closer to a perfect sphere and the fewer imperfections on the pearl are main quality characteristics as well as what type of pearl it is.

The most commonly seen pearls are cultured, which means a nucleus was implanted into a shelled mollusk and layers of "nacre" grow around the "seed".  The finished result is a cultured pearl. We sell all qualities of beautiful cultured pearl strands and earrings.
